As human beings, we want to be happy. We want to be free from misery and suffering. Are you experiencing suffering derived from:

Do you want to reduce, reframe and even alleviate this “suffering”?

Kirsty Is A Counselling Hypnotherapist With Lived Experience

Kirsty has personal lived experience of “suffering”.  Not wanting or able to “feel like that anymore” along with a core value to support, guide and coach others on their own journey led Kirsty on a lifelong path of learning.

Kirsty has the professional education and experience to back up her personal experience.  She is an Accredited Social Worker, Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Mindfulness and Meditation Practitioner and soon to be Yoga Teacher. How Counselling Hypnotherapy Works

Kirsty works with you at your pace to design, create and systematically reach your goals and ultimately your full potential. Subconscious belief is the most powerful factor in successful living. Our subconscious beliefs determine whether we will succeed or fail, be happy or miserable, sick or well and even if we will be dead or alive. These subconscious beliefs impact the way we respond to major life changing events. Counselling Hypnotherapy allows you to understand and work with your subconscious mind so that you may even find yourself, changing, your very ideas about what’s possible. With possibility comes hope. With hope comes drive. With drive and professional guidance comes conviction. When the subconscious mind is convinced it starts to act. Are you ready to choose your next how you act next? Interested in learning more about working with your subconscious mind and the life changing benefits of counselling hypnotherapy?

“Imperfections are not inadequacies; they are reminders that we are all in this together” ~Brene Brown

Problem Drinking, Alcohol Abuse & Addiction
How many times have you told yourself that this will be your last one or that you will be sober and clean from tomorrow?  Something keeps sabotaging your good intention.  You know what “causes” you to choose to drink, smoke or take drugs so why can’t you “choose” not to? For some of us it is as easy as getting the subconscious mind on board with the new change of plans by removing triggers and associations.  For others there may be more complex reasons why we started and continued with the addiction.  Counselling hypnotherapy is very effective for people ready say goodbye to controlling substances. Don’t let a substance hold your power anymore.   Are you ready to take back control of your life and your decisions? Lived and professional experience enables Kirsty to comfortably support and work with individuals and families who are experiencing addiction and substance dependence regardless of the severity of the circumstances.  Different approaches are used with different people and Kirsty recognises that for some people other work needs to occur first before removing a substance dependency.
